Changing front and rear diff oil and automatic tranny fluid.....

Advice on changing diff oils and tranny fluid.

Recommendations on fluids for both jobs and advice on this would be great.

Diffs I used Redline 75w90, xfer case MT90
Just using the factory auto tranny fluid for now

 

Real diff is comically easy, if you need help with that I'd stay far away from auto trans fluid

 

While you're at it you might as well do the transfer case too. Use this

RAVENOL J1C1003 SAE 75W Gear Oil - MTF-3 Full Synthetic (1 Liter)

Ravenol as the fluid from the dealer is absurdly expensive. There are very few aftermarket fluids out there approved for our transfer case. I even called Ravenol to confirm and the tech said this fluid is approved. Super easy job for some cheap insurance and peace of mind. Takes 20 minutes.

 

Thanks for the heads up. Truck is almost at 31,000. Time to check owners manual for maintenance.
