Changing rear diff fluid 2009 sport

I am going to change the rear diff fluid on my 2009 sport. I have

$30 Mobil 1 75w-90 Synthetic Gear Lube - 1 Quart (Pack of 2)

Mobil 1 75w-90. I can’t find a definitive answer if my truck needs to have LS additive fluid added or if it’s exempt from that.

Mobil 1 75w-90 has LS additives. So whether or not you need it, you can run it.

Tip: When refilling rear diff, fill until fluid pours out of fill hole. Hand screw in fill plug. Wait 10-15 minutes for diff fluid to make its way into the axle tubes. Remove fill plug. You might be able to add more fluid. This ensures you get a proper fill.
