When I go to Phoenix, just about anywhere in Phoenix unless it's anywhere west, and I'm in my truck... I take the 79. It's more scenic, less traffic, slower speed = better mpgs and less accidents. I usually get to wherever I'm going just as fast as I would if I had taken the 10.

I am going to have to bail on this. I couldn't get the truck aligned because I need new ball joint and bushings for the control arms. So that will be my new weekend. I really wanted to get down there and get some wheeling and camping in. Sorry @05tacomabro

Been thinking that all week!I think we're going to be ok with just one group. Chances are that were going to be under 10 trucks so it might be slow going but we should be good.

 

Also, does anyone have an swr meter they can bring? I just installed my cb but don't have a meter to tune the antenna.

Im waiting on uppers.. my bushings are shot, and some other small maintness bushings.. but everything is suppose to be here Friday... if so my an @The Fluffer will be riding together, an up for camping. ill keep you posted !

Get a dead blow hammer and strike the edge inward toward the wheel hub. I delt with that a few months ago and that's the only thing that worked for me.

 

Dead blow was my next move, was using my torch but ran out of propane

 

Yea man, if your still having trouble we can get you sorted out.

 

You need a good spotter. Sometimes a good spotter is worth more than sliders and lift.
