The other Chase was out there early that morning. We did lose the Sandwich king to the west coast unfortunately

 

That fucking traitor! And we never got to have a beer or oysters together too!!! He's a shithead.

As long as he's happy though, I will always adore him and that chin dimple.

 

Square One SideRide mounts on both sides for the lady and my Cruisers. Gonna be a good summer!

New trash bag that's clips on an off the spare tire. Trasharoo was cool but my fat hands and limited space behind my spare made taking it off/on a PITA.



And looks like Shark Season is starting

 

After a few sharks yesterday, I got a little lucky with this fella. The Taco doing what it does best, getting me to and from the beach every weekend

 

Elkas finally installed! My dumb ass only ordered one new ball joint so I'm waiting on the second.

I'm thinking they need to be cranked up just a tad, but not bad for out of the box. These are 650lb coils 2.5in, with no resi or adjustor's.

 

Upgraded the camp situation to a trailer, and jumped up to a CVT Mt Rainer Summit. Have yet to use it, I need to add some stabilizer jacks to the corners and the ones I want have been back ordered for the longest time.

 

Finally got the trailer and tent out for their maiden voyage to Cape Lookout. Unfortunately none of us took a photo of camp deployed, but the annex with a floor is a game changer on a beach with sand.

 

Did the wife mod about a month ago. We had to cancel our entire wedding and reception when the hurricane came through, we finally were able to get some consolation photos with our photographer and they loved the taco

 

This thing still on??

A few mods over the last year. Tried retros from TEQ but had too many issues and eventually went with the Ultimate Head Light Mod and some VLED DRLs. Output is awesome and greatly improved.

I also pulled the trigger on Coastal Offroads aluminum rear bumper and Swingout lot. Still working through an issue with it, and need to have some lugs welded on for the spare. I went with a marine welder and had him leave his beads and my plan is to leave the bumper raw. My truck catches more fish than some folks boats so I figured the look goes well.




Painted the steel arm white of course.

 

Front end Refresh was done while we were away on our 1yr anniversary. They also tacked on my spare lugs to get that installed.



Coastal is going to send me some internal gussets to be added to the bumper to support the swing arm a bit more, as well as a bolt on steel hitch that will drop down below the aluminum one. The 2in aluminum receiver tube they sent with the kit measured 1.99in and none of my hitches would slide in.
