I hate the look of chrome or silver on my taco and am wondering if anyone has Plasti-dipped or anything similar. I will replace them in the future but I just want to black them out for now. Any and all advice is welcome. Post pics if you can.

Someone makes vinyl in different colors that covers the silver part of the OR wheels. Google and you will find it.

I've seen that one, I'm considering it as well.

There are a couple of videos on the install process, like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_nzXi-a-t4 It wasn't too difficult, just a bit of a pain to line things up correctly. I made sure to clean the wheel surface with rubbing alcohol before applying. It took me about 45 minutes to do all 4 wheels. You will get enough stickers to also do the spare but dropping it and applying the sticker was too much work for me. My application was not perfect, but it looks good up to about two feet away. I'll post pictures this weekend. Right now the truck (and wheels) are covered in mud.
