Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Just divide it by 12 in the amount. So, say it was .08 serving

Look up Stronglifts, 5x5's, 3x5's ect. Basically those type of workouts plus some "accessory" lifts added in. There's room to tailor the workouts to what you want. Here's what I'm currently doing:

    Day 1

    Deadlift
    Barbell Rows
    Pullups
    Dumbbell curls
    Abs

    Day 2

    Incline Bench
    Bench
    Chest Dips
    Tricep Pushdown
    Calf Workout

    Day 3

    Squat
    Leg Press
    Romanian Dead Lifts
    Standing Military Press
    Dumbbell Front Raise
    Dumbbell Side Raise
    Dumbell Rear Raise

For all the lifts I do 3 sets in the 4-6 rep range. When I hit 6 reps, I up the weights 5 lbs. If I can't do 4 reps, I drop the weight back 5lbs and do it until I can hit 6 and go up. The goal is to always increase strength which in turn builds muscle.

Oh and I rest 2 and 1/2 to 3 minutes between every lift. That's the weirdest part because I feel like I'm just sitting around at the gym while everyone else is jumping from station to station. It really does help me lift more though and Matthews explains more about why in his book. Kind of strange that I've always struggled with weight loss then I do this routine where I'm never hungry and I never feel like I'm working out very hard and I finally lose weight lol.

Re- "p.s. Scrambler question": That picture is of David Beckham's ride from "Into the Unknown" down in Brazil. Great show if you can find a way to watch it (they only sold DVD's for UK region restricted DVD players). I recently sold my Bonneville T100 to help fund my 2016 Tacoma. Hopefully when Triumph gets around to introducing a new Scrambler I'll have the funds set aside.

a lot of bad ass stuff
I mentioned in my joining post that I'm a chef. This is hard for me. I am surrounded by food all day. From a cooler of nothing but fresh produce to a full running bake shop. I know I need to loose weight. I know my family history especially with heart problems. I just can't flip the switch to do this. I love food and it makes me happy. I weigh myself daily so I'm going to start doing what I did years ago that helped. I'm going to go back to logging my weight on a calender that I look at daily and do a weekly gain/lost also.
Think bringing back my fitness pal would help as it has in the past. Just seems like every time I get rolling on mfp something big happens on my life and I fall off, way off. Going to start to with a fruit spinach smoothie for breakfast.
The bad thing is being a chef I know what is healthy and to cook healthy. But damn fat is flavor and who doesn't love flavor and portion control is way out of control.
Here's to creating and maintaining good healthy habits.

Morning ladies and gents. Went for a run this morning more like a jog then a walk and a walk and walk then a jog and some more walking. Needless to say I got my ass handed to me. I have a lot to do before the spartan in August but I'll get it down.

So a little post run breakfast

This has turned out to be one of my favorite breakfasts-
    9 grain multi-flax bread (toasted)
    1 tbsp organic peanut butter
    1 tbsp good granola
    1/2-1- ripe banana

The granola is locally made by a Carrol College student- it is really good (and I'm not a huge granola fan). With the toast, PB and 'nanner it's a pretty packed breakfast.

I said I wouldn't but add me to the list I've been participating Newlife and I just added some of you on mfp so if someone can tell me my username that'd be awesome. I'm on a 300 day streak on there. You'd think I know my own username
