    Too, true.

It took me a while to find one that was calibrated monthly.

Even my work nurse's office could not be relied to be accurate.

First day in along time I used MFP to count calories. It made me more aware of what I consumed. Finished the day at 1510 calories.

Made al pastor tacos for dinner with some boxed Spanish rice mix, black beans, white onion, cilantro and grilled pineapple.

Not sure if I had 3 tacos or 4, but it was pretty good. Breakfast and lunch was just over 600 calories so I had ample allowance. Added another 7 cups of water, too.

Good day. FitBit came off at just shy of 5k steps and never put it back on, but if I had to guess is say I added another 3k steps.

    Pretty good day.

FitBit daily total: 10,652 steps, 2,803 calories burned, 3.89 miles walked. And that's mostly because of work.

Also, good quick and easy breakfast idea... Overnight oatmeal. Take your normal serving of dry oatmeal, combine it in a mason jar or other sealable container with your liquid of choice (personally I like equal parts fruit juice and vanilla almond milk) and whatever spices or add ins you like, and leave it covered in the fridge overnight. The flavors will mesh together overnight and it'll be ready to eat hot or cold in the morning. Plus it'll keep you more full than the usual cereal or protein bar will. :D

There is no way a 5 gallon bucket of water is 75lbs, even 45lbs is off a few lbs if we are talking about a normal 5gallon bucket.

Go get a gallon of water and and calibrate your scale until it reads 8.34 lbs.

Maybe a little more effort on the diet/life change thing and little less on proving who was wrong. Just saying, hmmm?

Gonna be a tough day for me. Have a graduation to attend. Lots to eat and drink will be available. Need to think ahead and not use that as a meal. The food will be good, but not good for you.

Pre-eat, best way to avoid most of it, be full before you get there.

Ok, its sunday! Been a hectic week and im really geared up to start.
    29 years young
    6.0 tall
    Heaviest adult wieght- 210
    Current weight- 192.5
    Goal weight- 175ish
I dont think i have a lot to go but ive gained a bit of a spare tire. It seems to be the most difficult to lose for me.
I drink to much scotch (part of my goal here is to limit myself to 1 drink on special occasions)
I work out of town on a regular basis and I will need to do major meal prepping to keep me away from fast food and junks. Any ideas for simple, healthy pre-prepped foods will be considered.
I am lactose intolerant so most meals will need to account for this.

2 small pancakes with syrup and 2 turkey sausage links for breakfast today. Probably not gonna get lunch due to my flights. Gonna go to the local bar and get some grilled chicken, rice, and veggies when I get home. Probably a beer too if I'm just being honest with myself.

I travel a lot for work as well. What works well for me is to buy food from the grocery store in whatever town I'm at. Usually they have salads or some kind of hot foods available. If no hot foods- I'll grab a salad, a can of tuna packed in water and maybe some juice or tea, a couple boiled eggs if they have them..

If I pack my own meals I carry my backpacking stove and cook kit and bring along some soups and maybe some canned chicken and instant rice, a couple cans of peas/beans- make a one pot meal in my room.

I avoid fast food like the plague- have for years. I can't stand the taste and I don't trust the cooks, lol.
