What's the 2 mile / 256 push up routine? Run two miles with intermittent stops for leaning rests?

I'm stuck at work. I have a long building that blocks any GPS signal. I had to measure it out to find out how many laps equals a mile. Laps are pretty boring when the they take 90 seconds. At the end of each lap I do 8 push ups.

Seems to make the exercise go faster...and I get paid to do it.

Added another 500 calories in 28 minutes of stairmaster to my day at lunch. Uggh, I hate that damn machine but it hurts so good and burns calories fast.

Holy shit I'm eating bad today. Not even close to dinner and I only have 720 calories left. It seems like I've been extra hungry today.

Plus it's too fackin hot to take the kids out and exercise. Lol

Bought Cliff Bars to eat for breakfast since I suck at that. Have some leftover shells with white cheddar and sweet and spicy tuna for lunch today. Will cook some chicken and broccoli for dinner when I get home.

Going for 3 miles running today. Did 2.69 on Monday so hoping I'll be able to do it.

Watch out for the sugar and carbs in those various bars. Some have the nutritional content of candy bars. A good no fat, low sugar yogurt works well for a short breakfast too.

    2.69 miles? You couldn't go the extra 1/100? :D

Better yet, get a big pack of pork rinds and skip the carbs altogether!

Lol. I could have but I'm using that C25K App and that's where I stopped. I was going to buy some yogurt as well with granola, will pick some up before this weekend.

That's the easy part, getting your OCD to actually let go of that weight may be tougher.

Nice. Does show well how packaged and prepared foods are usually very sodium rich.
