Not an entirely good start to the week. Had a couple beers and a couple cookies.
But....Im staying away from chips, scotch, sodas and fast food. Ive been drinking tons of water this week and staying on my pre-made dinners. I feel great too, more energy and sleeping better already.
Tonights the GFs dads bday dinner and he wants steak. I cant just sit there and get a man a steak without getting myself one. I just wont do that to myself :p.
Next week ill make up for it. Going to start getting some more exercise. Now that ive quit smoking......again.

12 miles into my bike ride went around a corner too fast and lost it. At the ER now getting stitches and waiting to see if I broke my shoulder. Thoughts and prayers please guys that's it's not broken just a bad dislocate

    image.jpg image.jpg

Little update still in waiting. Nurse said my left shoulder is about 2" lower than my right so keeping fingers crossed for shoulder dislocation and I get some Pain meds and some buff dude named John comes and puts my shit back in. But we'll see. Still need stitches. Said about 12-15 overall

@Newlife on the plus side chicks dig scars :p Just gotta make up a better story than you falling off a bicycle.

The rails to trail path I go on has a bunch of essentally cattle gates to prevent cars from driving down with smaller openings on the side for people to get through.

Those openings leave about 3 inches clearance on each side of the bars. I know one of these times I'll try going through it too fast and catch the edge of my bars throwing me into an endo.

Had a good day, too. Kept within calorie limit and hit the weights hard today. Back at it tomorrow, too.

Dang dude. That sucks. Hope your shoulder is just dislocated as much as that's going to suck, it'll still be better than being broken.

Going into X-ray the nurse thinks it's just dislocated which is a huge huge blessing if it is. But wants X-rays to make sure nothing is broken and I didn't rupture anything else. Also basically forcing me into a ct scan because I lost consciousness for about a minute after I flipped. Will let you know. They are gonna stitch me up after I get out of X-ray said about 12-15 stitches

Made myself some pasta salad, cooking 3 lbs of chicken, and making the white cheddar shells with tuna again today. Should last me through Saturday. Ready for this weigh in tomorrow but if the Pens win tonight I know I will consume way more beer than I'd like to admit.

My plan is to do weekly weigh in and updates, so far I have been walking every evening with light weight lifting and exercise until I get used to it. My diet has greatly improved I may have went over a tad a few days........ Lack of beer....having withdrawals.....

Best way to do it honestly. Never try to go all in right away. It discourages so many people (including myself). Just always try to build yourself up!

Yes, it's so easy and it's not that terrible for you. Going with hickory smoked tuna today.

Got up about 45 min ago made the rounds of calls. Going to see Ortho in 45 min. Pain is manageable. Someone asked about my helmet and I forgot all about it. I saw it and instantly realized I was lucky to be walking and talking right now. The left side I front of my face is caved in and split open. So needless to say my helmet probably saved my life
