I've been eating a lot of fresh fruit. Can you say "R-E-G-U-L-A-R"?

Aye. I had a body that beer built. Wasn't hard to keep in shape when I was in my 20'a and 30's with that lifestyle. Then all of a sudden I woke up older and a lot bigger.

Accidentally bought shorts size 30 instead of 32. Didn't realize till I took the tag off this morning. Tried them on and they fit!

Didn't weigh in today for obvious reasons. I feel like crap especially after surgery center called to collect what ins won't pay upfront.

Hour and fifteen minutes at the gym today. 45 minutes of free weight circuits and 30 minutes of cardio. Felt good. Need more.

So without really changing much of anything, aside from drinking more water, I made zero progress this week lol. I'll count this as my control week to see how changes affect me. :notsure:

    Last week: 187.0lbs
    This week: 187.8lbs

    Wrong way... :annoyed:

Just a bunch of old crap
I was down 3.9# this week, until yesterday when I spent the whole day overhydrating. This morning I'm only down .9# :annoyed:

Hope everyone has had a great week! I've hit many of my goals and faulted on a few, too. Not enough yoga or meditation, but I have stayed within my calorie range daily and have been to the gym 3x this week. Shoulders and legs are sore, but nothing like legs day will be next week.

Think I've pumped up my deflated muscles a bit, and lost a bunch of water. Though I dropped 9 lbs by Wednesday, I haven't lost any further and have been fluctuating around 250. I've got the motivation now and attribute this to the group here. Thanks for the support and empathy. It helps to have others alongside of you. My wife is really hitting the steps these days and thats also helping us stay active.

I'll compile some stats tomorrow once everyone has logged data to the form.

If you've had an off week, or a "control" week (lol) get back in here and get back on the horse. Don't let a single day, meal, or rough week dissuade you from your goals. You set them for a reason. Let's get to it!

Some of this is water, hopefully not all of it.
