Definitely ate too much free sushi and had 2 free Dogfish Head Festina Peach pints last night... But I did run 3.1 miles in 30:39 so that's improving.

If only I could make text sound like Forest Gump when you read it. I hate running.

Just a bunch of old crap
Absolutely. My metabolism is finally in full swing with these daily workouts and weekend pack training sessions. I feel like I'm eating like a horse, but I have energy for days and my clothes are starting to get too big. Not big drops on the scale at all, but my body is transforming. It's nice when the wife notices and says "dayum!"

203 this morning. Started June 1 at 211.8, so lost 8.8 lbs last month. Pretty much dead on target at 2lbs per week. I've lost about 37lbs since starting this back in January/February...

    CBE33E1F-BC54-4217-B4B6-6CB13F92BFEE_zps_7f6eee40c04a88bc385bd9cdf2e60a42c63e93e2.jpg

I'm going to shoot for 175 lbs as a goal weight. I didn't work out as much in the past 2 weeks either- too busy with with my sons Eagle project and people visiting from out of town. Need to get back on it and try to work these love handles off.

Hey Guys! We've been at this for a month now. I've pulled together a few pivot tables of our data, and would love to get today's info put in. Looks like there's a few who have logged weight once, and some of us more often. We have some amazing news!!! Of those participating in this group, as of this morning, we've cumulatively lost 51lbs, and an average of 4.63lbs per person. That's super impressive!!! I think today (or even next tuesday after the weekend) would be another great opportunity to recommit to our goals, recognize our achievements, and help to grow the group and participation.
A quick snapshot of our progress overall:

Let for Idaho and forgot to weigh in this morning. So the goal will be to at least be the same as last weigh in next Friday. Thanks for the stats @Bigskybob

No updates since Friday? What's up people still grinding right? I'm down to 227 but I'm not counting it. This cardio life is bs.

I'm back. I ran out of a newly prescribed medicine and had some withdrawals while my dr was out of town for the holiday. I ate poorly for the last week or so, but still kept an eye on portion size. Back on the horse again, I stayed within my calories today and did a solid hour at the gym lifting. I'll weigh myself again on Friday. Haven't wanted to see that number for the last while.

Been on and off sick the past few days so it's thrown me off a bit. At least I got my @CBoy808 stickers on!

Keep it up guys! I just got back from vacation. I haven't weighed myself. Hopefully I lost some weight. Did around 150 miles of biking but the drinking may have offset everything :).

I'm still in it. 4th of July was not good to me. I'm up 1.5lbs over last weigh in, lol.

Another Friday means another weigh-in. I know I fell off the wagon over the 4th weekend, but I'm still here and dedicated. Seeing large increases in strength and some minor changes in the mirror. I'm pulling data again tomorrow and hope to see us over the 70LBs lost mark. Keep up the good work and get back on the horse if you're not.
