Not really sure what I'm doing but let's give it a shot.
    Time to start training.

Tried that app about 2 years ago but I didn't stick with it, I ended up just running with my trainer and then I kinda stopped running, now the most running I do is .5 miles for a warmup to a workout, I much prefer sprints.
I'll have to redownload the app and stick with it, should be a little easier this time around.

Just got off of a 6 day 48 mile hike. Down 6#, and that's after pigging out for 2 days afterwards to catch back up on calories and healing. Finally down below 230# again for the first time in over a year. Gonna take advantage of the sped up metabolism to lose more.

Blew out my LCL on day 1, too. 41 miles left to go, and over 14k elevation change cumulative, but we made it. Got to the top of Mt. Whitney :)

    I'm still in.

Not much weight loss, but plenty of good is happening. Much more energy, clothes are looser and watch is fitting loose.

I know fat is getting replaced with muscle, so I'm ok with not much change in the scale.

On vacation this week, so not much workout will occur. Will still try to get walks in to elevate the heart rate. In general, I eat better and lose weight while on vacation. No evil vending machine easy access.

Holy crap, I forgot to wash out my protein shaker this morning before work (I drank a shake on the way to work) and between work and school I didn't have time to get to it until now, the smell is terrible, apparently 15 hours of sitting in a vehicle in the sun is enough to curdle the little bit of milk left in it.

Gonna soak it overnight in soapy water and see if that helps the smell.

So I dropped off of HFLC and didn't worry about my diet for the month of July, due to two week-long trips where my diet was largely out of my hands. I was super active for those weeks though, and ended up maintaining weight but dropping out of ketosis.

I fired it back up as of Aug. 1, and I'm shedding weight again. Down below 225, and because I'm climbing 3-4 times a week still, some of that weight is going from my belly to muscles in my shoulders. I'm definitely a lot trimmer and have a better physique than I did even two months ago.

Still aiming for ~200 lbs, maybe try to break into the one hundreds just for kicks for a little bit. I think somewhere 195-205 is good walking around weight for me... but lighter does make climbing easier!!

Down to 197.1 this morning. Been below 200 for a week, so I think it'll stick. Started at 240+ in January, so 45lbs lost in 8 months..

Really shooting for 180- so that's a ways away.
