    Thanks, I'm excited about it.

I haven't walked a mall in years, sounds fun.

Thinking of having a Seagrams tonight, my water intake would allow it.

That's awesome, I wouldn't call being 2lbs over your goal a loss, it shows you worked for it and earned it, especially with the setbacks.
I hope you foot heals well, good Luck!!!

This evenings workout, my coach put it up for herself and I ended up stealing it, kept everything the same except the AB roller, i decided to cut those in half because I did "8 count abs" yesterday.
    IMG_5330.jpg

Walking/jogging tomorrow AM, taking Thursday off, I'll be cutting down trees and throwing them in a shredder so I'll still get a little workout in.

Been raining like crazy here, in the 20s-30s overnight, and super busy so I haven't been able to toss my scale into the garage and run out the door in my boxers every morning to weigh in.

I'm hoping to tomorrow. Either way I've been eating better and more active in the last few days. Just cuz I didn't weigh in don't mean I can't wrastle!

Looking forward to a baseline weight and then will weigh weekly thereafter, maybe every other week. Not sure.

The eating will make or break you, as long as you track calories and macros you'll be fine.

I've got some new goals, by July I have to be able to run 1.5 miles sub 14 minutes, and do at least 60 (goal is 75) push-ups in 2 minutes.

Does the weigh in page get updated? Maybe I just haven't figured it out yet. Are we supposed to log our weight in the thread or just on the weigh in page? I'm good with either. Just not sure.

The weather here sucks so that's why I joined a gym. The days of running in 20 degree weather are in my rear view mirror

Pretty chilly here today, 44 when I left for the gym and I'm pretty sure it's gotten colder.
Gym workout this morning, and I'm planning on running tomorrow AM as long as it's not raining.

Thanks, My coach wasn't there so i had to do the workout by myself and about halfway through I lost all motivation, so I took a 5 minute break and put this song on and kept on going.
    https://youtu.be/Ugwl46p7vvk

I just started running again after not running for 6 or 8 months, the way I got back into it was walk .1 run.1 for whatever distance you wanted to go, if you get tired walk a couple tenths of a mile and then run a tenth and keep doing that until you feel like running even more and just bump up the increments.

Good advice...start slow and build up to it. If you don't like running than ride a bike or hike.
If you rush back into it you could end up doing more harm than good.

Usually don't quote my own posts, but looked back and thought my response sounded smartass or dickish. Not my intent. Like said above, I meant, start back slowly and work your way up. I know if I miss just a couple weeks, I have to back off some and work back up. After months off, I would just think of myself as starting over, just to keep from doing something not very smart.

    Btw, +1 for Halestorm

That's awesome, I'd never listened to much of anything other than country until I started hanging out with one of the managers at my work, he's a big rock guy and he introduced me to Hellyeah, FFDP, Halestorm and Shinedown and now I rarely listen to country because the rock gets me pumped up.

Had a hell of a day so I had to make sure I hit the gym.
Had to be a quiet workout as the gym is in my coaches house and they were headed to bed when I got there so I made do.
