I'm gonna try and get a weight reading tomorrow. Been pretty good about my gym time and eating habits for the last couple weeks.

Been hella busy still, last week I had a little under 4 hours of free time at the end of my week so no workouts (Been getting as much additional sleep as possible), I can't remember if it was early this week or late last week but I let this really cute friend of mine talk me into doing a spartan sprint with her so June 4th I'll be doing my first Spartan. Gonna start training for it in about 3 weeks, week after next starts my weeks of finals so I'm hoping that'll free up some workout time, if not the 28th is my last day of school and work so time will definitely free up after that.

Started out with this thread with good intentions and failed horribly. But... I began anew a few months ago and so far I'm down from ~265lbs to 232lbs. I cut out refined flour, virtually all sugar, some meat and I upped my veggie intake. I'm almost comfortable enough to start adding some more intense exercise now that my joints don't want to shatter whenever I move quickly.

Glad someone else is still monitoring this thread. I was gonna post last week, but seen that I was the last to chime in. I said a prayer for the thread figuring it was dead and the body was lost at sea.

With that, I'm still doing regular walking and eating better as well. Told the wife that I needed to cut back on anything with starches and I would be more than happy with big salads 4x a week. Clothes are fitting better.

I'm happy with my slow progress.

Oh man, I had a business presentation to do yesterday and none of my pants fit. I looked ridiculous with my belt cinched up so much, but whatever. It beats filling those size 40 jeans out.

Slow and steady, keep it off!

That picture in my head is much better than trying to imagine you stuffed into clothes 2 sizes to small.

My wife told me my " Your ass looks like a wet dish rag hanging off a door knob". The pants I was wearing were pretty loose and I took it as a compliment:)

I haven't been weighing in, tracking calories, or working out but I feel good, clothes fit the same if not a little better, and I've managed to swim once a week or so.
The apartment I applied to has a pool and a gym, a friend of mine who is also at those apartments said she would swim and workout with me, as well as train me in basic martial arts, so once I move I'll have more of a fire under me.

    Still here.
I just did the buying new pants thing also.Went for a ride on my harley a couple a weeks ago, when i got off my pants were falling down and belt is at last notch, time to add more holes.Still hitting the gym weekday mornings before work.
    Keep up the good work.
Remember its easy to make an excuse to not work out,Its hard to make the time to work out.
If it was easy everyone would do it. Thats why the gym is busier from January to March.

Maintaining my consistency and foot's not bugging me too much to hold me back. Keeping my food intake reasonable and starting to drop that excess weight.

Still here. Haven't used the scale in a while. My watch and pants are looser. I'm giving the win column for the week a check mark.

Down over 40lbs now since March. Weighed in at 223.4 lbs today. Went from size 40 to size 34 jeans. Now I just need that gut of mine to get lost. My goal is 180 and I'm 5'7".

If anyone is wondering, I've simply cut out a lot of red meat, dairy, sugar and enriched white flour products and started eating waaay more vegetables, turkey, chicken, fish and foods friendly to my blood type. There are still pastas and breads that don't use enriched white flour out there that I enjoy. I don't eat much in a day unless I'm working or doing something to "earn" it. After the first couple of weeks I just stopped getting hunger pangs and I think my metabolism has adjusted well. Also coffee.
