Threads gotten a bit slow lately. I reached 100 lbs lost as of today.

At 33+ months since I started making changes, so it ain't no quick process for me.

    Progress is progress!

I may have gained a few pounds I'm trying to get off now. Started at 189.5 (never been over 190 in my life and I don't plan to start). I'm not at about 180 over 3-4 weeks. I got about 22.5 more to go. It's not easy working a sedentary job but back when I was in the gym a lot I motivated my girlfriend to start going and she's been my motivation lately. Amazing how much easier it is when you have someone to go with.

Don't get so tied up in "healthy food" rather make good choices. Instead of fries get a baked potato, chicken over a burger, ditch the bun etc. baby steps you go into a crash and just as quick as you started you'll be burnt out.

Gonna try to weigh in today, but this morning I did a 1.1 mile trail run with a ruck in 12:48, pretty happy with that!

Nice responses, guys. Keep up the fight. I've platuaed, but at least healthy choices are more natural these days.

Gotcha. I don't run, so didn't pick up what it meant.

    Otherwise, good run.

Thanks, I'm happy with it considering it was on a muddy trail, trail running adds a whole dimension to running that's a lot of fun.

    Finally!

I've been able to maintain a weight below that pesky 220lbs plateau (218lbs this time) that I had trouble getting under. I've been consistently down now for a week or so despite vacations and family reunions being excuses for me to drink booze and eat all manner of horrible junk food. I feel like I might be in the home stretch to lose that additional 45lbs now that I've crossed the halfway point!

    Bump...
Lunch: 2 Burger patties with cheese, 1.5 cups of mixed veggies, I might add in some other food, just sitting down to eat and Im not sure if it'll make me full, but also I need to add some fat, just the above is too low in fat unless I intend to eat fat-high at dinner.

Starting today I'm back to water only except sprite when I'm sick, and 3 cups of sweat tea per week.

It's Ginger Ale when you're sick lol. Ditch the Sweet Tea too. Drinking sugar is instant weight gain.

Yeah, sweet tea tastes good but it needs to be a rare treat.

That’s the last time I let my dog set the pace, burned out in the first quarter because he is very hyper and not used to running with a human on a leash.
