Slow 2 miles tonight, got a good sprint in from 1.8-1.9 though so that makes me feel a little better.
I gotta say with this cooler weather it’s starting to fell really good to run outdoors.

30 minutes stationary bike, 8.07 miles.
Did a few 10-15 second sprints throughout the ride.

Hit the gym today, changed up the workout on the board, added 30 second plank to make up for the removal of 2x15 AB work, increased squats by 5 reps per round, did 2x7 bench press instead of 4x5, replaced bicep curls and Tricep dips with arm pull down (on total gym machine) 2x10.

I only did 2 rounds as halfway through my second round I got light headed and felt very week, likely because I had only had a cliff bar to eat all day.

And then after dinner (several hours) I ran, I think the gym workout this afternoon effected me more than the food, my legs are very sore and hindsight being 20/20 I probably should’ve ridden the stationary bike instead of running for the reduced impact.

Tried a “biggest loser” Wii game workout for giggles today, it was actually a good workout, I’ll be using it for the days when I don’t want to drive the 20 minutes each way to the gym or when the weather is Meh.

New schedule has me burning the candle at both ends, the caloric burn is great though, minimal changes to eating habits so I should start dropping the weight.
1.5 mile run Thursday in 20:00
1 mile run in 12.03 today.

I just hit 30 lbs. this morning. Started on my "program" the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I've gone from 235 to 205. Goal is 190, so I'm 2/3 of the way there.

    Feels pretty darn good!

Been doing IF for the past week and a half, I didn’t start it on purpose but flew to Cali for a wedding and found out quickly that setting up a wedding takes more time than expected.

I also started eating a bit healthier being out there, so I’m holding those habits close as I’m back home. Been getting up early (between 4 and 5:30) and studying a little before going to the gym, I like this schedule and my new job works with the schedule as the shop doesn’t open until 9:00 so I can read, workout, and shower before work.
Today was a good ride, 30 minutes warmup to cool down, a little over 8 miles done.

I ended up going for a 2 miler with my pup tonight, I haven’t run in ages and a friend of mine did 5 miles at a 10:30 pace and I wanted to see how far behind I was. Turns out I’m waaaaayyyyy behind :anonymous:
Let’s see how I feel tomorrow.

Edit: I decided to input my food, I didn’t do too badly considering I went to lunch with a friend.
Healthy snack was about 15 grapes.

Felt good this morning, did 9 miles in 32-33 minutes (including warmup and cool down) on the bike, lower intensity but higher RPM.
And then I ended up doing some cleanup work at my parents property.

It’s not much to look at :anonymous:
The helmet in the picture is my arborists helmet, I was running a saw and the skid steer to cleanup some downed trees at my parents.

I’ve got a Giant Trance full suspension bike but I haven’t touched it in years, I think it was in the shed that the hurricane took down though. I’ve never ridden a BMX bike before.

Been slacking a little bit, spending time with friends from out of town but one of my friends wanted to go to the gym this morning so we went and she ran 2 miles while I biked, and then she biked while I did the circuit.

Eating habits have not been great but that also haven’t been terrible, I’m not following my 16/8 super closely but we’ve been doing 2 meals a day and a decent amount of activity.

My data points are trending in the positive direction for the most part, I got on the scale for the first time in a long time and I was higher than I feel and expected, 308 was my semi-dry weight.

I started a new job Wednesday and am getting in the groove with it, I’m usually there from 8:00-18:30 or so Mon-Fri and 08:00-17:30 on Saturday so I get up at 5:30, hit the gym, come home and take care of the ducks and dogs, hit the shower and then go to work. I know we have a toaster oven but I need to see if we have a microwave so I can have a little more flexibility on how I heat my meals.

I did 10 miles yesterday, and then 6 today, I’m trying to average about 6 miles/day.
