    Yeah, and I think I read on here somewhere that opening that up basically does nothing. Something about a void in the airflow coming over the front end. In order for the scoop to work it needs to be like 10x bigger and wider than it currently is. :(

    I like the scoop for it's look. Search for the knight rider mod, this is the only useful thing I've seen someone do with the hood scoop.

    Hood scoop is only for looks. There is no airflow there due to the aerodynamics of Tacomas.
