    I had no idea the Chevy Colorado can come stock with a 5.3l V8.
    I do believe i may have to go test drive one of these. Why in the hell can't Toyota follow suit?

    The tacoma is too big as it is IMO, no need for a V8.

    Thats no true, i just priced an 2011 extended cab for 35k. The 1500 is well into the $40's

    Besides the 2012 Tacos fully loaded are in the 40K range so you have no real point there.

    I only buy fully loaded vehicles, that way there are allot less mods to do.

    Even if that is the case that a new Taco is $30K, i would rather pay the extra 5k and get a moon roof, and V8, nav and all the other goodies Toyota doesn't offer.

    Some are some arent. My gf's 2wd is coil spring my buddys 4wd is torsion :confused:

    I loved my dakota... if it was 4wd I would still have it... and had to rebuild allot of stuff lol.
