My 2008 prerunner has a low speed chirping or ticking sound. When I let of the gas or excelerate the noise goes away but I can hear it through the third gear. I read the bad oil pump thread and the throw out bearing thread and don't believe either of those are the problem. I have listened while idoling and ran the rpms up on my engine while in neutral and can't seem to hear the chirping, only when i'm taking off at low speeds. Anyone else had these problems or have any suggestions? Thanks.
