57,500 miles on the truck and had the truck about 4 days and just noticed a chirping sound coming from the air vents. I only hear it when the fan is running from the dash vents and it will quit for a few seconds now and then and come back. It's not terribly loud, but it is pretty annyoing. Anyone else have this happen?

Its the fan motor. Many have fixed this by ballancing the fan vis 2 screws on the bottom of the motor assembly. I think there is a write up on here somewhere, but I cant find it.....

Searched for the thread and found it. Just checked and my CAF is completely clogged with debris (dirt, pinestraw, and leaves). I'm going to replace it first and then pull the fan if the noise persists.
