Finally gave the truck a nice detail! I missed the opportunity to snap some good pics but hopefully I'll do that this week/weekend. I didn't do the normal picture taking throughout the process so I sorry, no cool in-detail pics of the mess

10/5/12: I changed the manual trans fluid w/ MT-90 at apprx 62k miles. OEM fluid looked good and magnet held the normal dusting/shaving.

    Thanks! :)

Thank you! Yes, I did it along with the help of a couple other NJ guys. PSU_Taco85 and I did the front lift w/ the exception of the the new springs. I don't have a spring compressor so we had to have a local shop swap those out for me. Otherwise, we did everything.
Mike (tacomatrd99) helped out w/ the rear lift as well.

I have the same lift in my garage to be installed next weekend. How is the ride? I am debating on putting in the 1/2 inch spacers. Do you have the 1/4 inch spacer too on the driver side? If you had to do it again, would you do it the same. What about the duratracs, I am looking at them too?

I think the ride is great. I don't find it harsh or uncomfortable. I did not put the spacer in the driver's side to fix the taco lean because it would've made the 3 bolts on the top hat too short and the nuts would not have grabbed more than a couple of threads. So if you plan to do that, make sure you have extended studs in there that are long enough to accomodate however many "'s of spacer you're using.
Considering what I use the truck for, this lift was perfect for me. If I were to do any type of serious off roading, I may have opted for a more boutique lift but at this time, it wasn't necessary.
As for the duratracs; they're a nice tire. Not much road noise and they seem to be lasting a long time. Again, this is all on-road driving. I can't say how they'd hold up in rock gardens b/c I haven't put them through that.
