AEM Intake Rhino liner-bed Gaylords Tonneau Cover NGK plug wires

When I shipped my Tacoma'01 over to Hawaii I went to remove the lighter and the whole outlet started coming out. The lighter would not come off by itself. I know this probably a simple fix...so how do I fix it? Thank you for your help.
