We gotta firm this up by this evening. Still not 110% sure I can get away. I'd like to see 4 or 5 go if we do. This trail wasn't bad in June, right after a 3" rain event. Should be relatively dry by now.

@dirty deeds , you in on this?

It IS an opportunity to eat afterwards at the #1 "Destination" pizza joint in Kentucky! (MIGUELS FTMFW!)

Id go with Cali Raised over relentless if you're gonna buy brackets and not make them. I read a few reports of the relentless not fitting perfectly (for third gens) when I was buying mine. The CR ones fit perfect, have no clearance issues, and even have holes for zip ties.

But I'm sure DYF can whip you up some ditch brackets pretty easily...

I've not heard anything from anyone about 2nd gen issues or perfection.

Some require cutting the cowl, some don't. I don't want to cut up my cowl.
There's a decent amount of radius bending that goes into making them, I do know that much.

Honestly, buying a cali raised product is worth it just for getting to watch the dorky guy in their install videos. He's the bomb.

Sounds reasonable. Gravelrama it is then. LOL. Good looking out. I really want to swap tires and fix suspension before I do anything too hardcore. And my bumper should be coming soon. :)

Conversely, do you have any recommendations in our area for easy / safe / beginner trails? Good fire roads maybe? I've done some googling, but have not found a great resource.
