Just checked. Closest one is near Cincinnati.
Guess the one in Grayson is gone.

They have been rearranging locations with traffic patterns. Mostly main interstates.

What price is the wash? I cant go through the normal automatics due to 7' clearance.

Surely not hydrofluoric acid? That shit dissolves glass. It's also super dangerous to handle because it destroys nerves as it burns you, so you don't feel it. Pretty nasty customer.

64 is definitely a main interstate. Might come back to Grayson, now that they sell booze.

I'm thinking they mean phosphoric acid. It's the stuff in naval jelly and removes rusts from surfaces without damaging the metal.

Yeah, thats it....but it isnt concentrated, its diluted down. Also, we were trained to not spray the windows, and, it gets washed off quickly. Really cuts the road grime down found on big trucks.

keep in mind, this is a TRUCK wash for Semi's. But they do passenger vehicles as well..

I retract my previous statement. You're entirely correct following a quick google search. Just surprising that such Hydrofluoric Acid would be used like that. It's super dangerous.

Though some cleaners contain phosphoric acid as well, some both. Clearly, they are using some strong stuff to clean trucks. I certainly wouldn't use these in my driveway.

No. Not at all. It doesn't cost me anything to sit there.

I'm just willing to pay for strong word of mouth exposure from the TW faithful.

I haven't even put it on FaceBitch or CL yet. Hell, I haven't even made a current for sale thread on here...lol.

Not sure how serious my cousin would be, but he's expressed interest in a 1st gen or older. Just because he's old and that's the ONLY reason he wants one.

Send me some specs in a PM so I can relay that to him. I know it has rust issues and many other things that need general maintenance, this may or may not turn him away. Shit, he's got a '86 Scottsdale just sitting there rotting away because he's too lazy to turn a wrench on it.

I like the idea, but the 7' high doors means I'm stuck in the driveway outside. But definitely a great idea.

Hell I might move in, that sounds like the perfect bachelor pad. Lol. If enough people were interested, I could be persuaded, but not sure about long term. My hope is to work on my truck over the next year and assume I'll be done after that. Granted, I'm coming to grips with the fact I may never be done tweaking. I don't mind bundling up and working in a driveway for the most part.
