Nikon D7200 with Nikon 200-500 F5.6. I like it well enough for heavy as hell, but it certainly can reach out and touch stuff. I ordered some thin eclipse plastic to rubber band on the end for pics, figured I'd try to zoom into the sun with it and click away.

I'm somewhere about 99% totality on my back deck, so I think I will avoid any traffic, and stay home!

I can walk outside at any time I feel comfortable with it, close my eyes and pretend we're having a total eclipse of the sun, moon, heart, or any other type. The beer fridge is close by, and I won't have the long drive home.

Sounds like you should just stay home then, let them handle your paperwork if you can't do anything after "processing"

Weather says sunny and clear for next Monday, looks like it should be a great weekend for it. This has been an incredible August.

I'm much closer to road trip worthy! I have new CV's, and still have a vibration that I am hoping/praying that is as simple as the tires needing balanced.

I'd like to get my suspension adjusted and should be road worthy at that point.

BTW, quite a bit of my territory at my new company is in Harrison, West Harrison and Lawrenceburg....

so, not sure how many of you fellers are in that area, but I shouldnt have any issue with making a meet (barring any familial obligations) for a few beers and bullshits....

I'll be at work, in Huntington. I expect street lights to kick on, but shouldn't be too bad long as it isn't cloudy
