I have what I would call a click, tick or light popping sound in my drivers door. I only hear it when the body flexes - braking, turning, over bumps, etc. It sounds like maybe something is popping in the door latch mechanism but I haven't been able to track it down. Any ideas?

Yeah, double cab. It just started at about 20k miles. It is annoying.

It might be your drivers seat. I thought it was the body as well but then one day I noticed the noise when I was shifting around in my seat. Try sitting in it and transferring your weight front to back. It's like a tick or creaking noise. I'm gonna have mine replaced here shortly.

I had the tsb done for the seat creak a while back. There are apparently some alignment pins they pulled out.

There is also a buzz (rattle) sound from behind the radio. The dealer fixed it once but it is back again with the cooler weather.

The only issues I have had with this truck have been annoying cab noises!

My truck did this exact same thing, except it was near the rear driver's side door. I took it into the dealer and they knew exactly what the issue was. One of the tack welds in the body panels had broken, and the metal was "popping" like the cap of a glass bottle does. They said it's real common on FJ's too.

They had it fixed in 30 mins.

Thanks for the tip. That could very well be what is going on. I always like to know what is wrong before I get to the dealer. I will take a quick look and give them a call. I have been putting it off so I need to have my floormat recall done anyway.

Hmm...I do have something like this in my access cab. Does anyone have a link to a PDF of the TSB?
