Clock Issue

Just got my truck a few days ago. 2015 xsp. The time doesn't display on the screen, so I made an attempt to showcase it. Followed the procedures, such as going through set-up, setting a time-zone and what not, and still doesn't display. Anybody have a trouble-shoot?

 

Brand new truck?

Let the dealer fix it.

 

2015's don't have a Clock unless you are talking about the one in the radio, if you are talking about below the radio then a Previous Owner added it but they probably forgot to add the 2 wires missing from the plug.
