    **CLOSED**

A few of the guys on T4R.org have requested me to do this again, figured id post it on here and see if anyone needs one.

If the group size you want isn't available, please put your request in!

    Here we go guys!

    Northstar battery group buy!

This one took me forever to get started. I tried contacting Excide, they expressed NO interest in this. I contacted Optima and they pretty much ignored my constant requests for a discount. I couldn't get a vendor to provide discounts on Odyssey.

Northstar, on the other hand replied and directed me to a distributor that's more than willing to work with me with this one.

For those that are only familiar with Optima, here is a little more information from Northstar:

    http://www.northstarbattery.com/1/2/3.php

Here are the group sizes PER Toyota's website:

    Group size sizing:

The groups sizes that will be included in this group buy are:

    24, 24M, 24F, 27, 27F, 34/78, 31M and 35

    See more here:

    http://buy.northstarbattery.com/

Please make sure to do your research here:

    http://www.northstarbattery.com/northstar/engine/literature.php

    and here:

    http://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/154-1303-battery-bashing/

    So what is the discount?

1-10 batteries ordered, regardless of type:

    24F/24 MAP of $299 - $24 off
    24M MAP of $314.99 - $24 off
    27F/27 MAP of $339 - $24 off
    35 MAP of $269 - $19 off
    31M MAP of $379 - $39 off
    34/78 MAP of $299 - $24 off

11-20 batteries ordered, regardless of type:

    24F/24 MAP of $299 - $34 off
    24M MAP of $314.99 - $34 off
    27F/27 MAP of $339 - $39 off
    35 MAP of $269 - $34 off
    31M MAP of $379 - $64 off
    34/78 MAP of $299 - $34 off

21+ batteries ordered, regardless of type:

    24F/24 MAP of $299 - $50 off
    24M MAP of $314.99 - $50 off
    27F/27 MAP of $339 - $51 off
    35 MAP of $269 - $45 off
    31M MAP of $379 - $74 off
    34/78 MAP of $299 - $50 off

We don't need to achieve every tier level for every battery group. The tier level is per quantity, regardless of how many batteries per group get ordered.

So if there is a total of 16 people signed up (ASSume, one battery per person), your discount is:

    24F/24 MAP of $299 - $34 off
    27F/27 MAP of $339 - $39 off
    35 MAP of $269 - $34 off

FREE SHIPPING TO CONUS (ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA - will be custom shipping quotes) for ALL TIER LEVELS

How do I sign up? Here!

If you are interested in this:

Sign up by replying to this thread. Don’t chicken out. You are either in or you aren’t. NO maybe, no waiting on the wife, gf or bf to get permission. There is enough time to make up your mind or find a doctor to sell your kidney or pawn your wife’s jewelry. If you are on the fence to see if it’ll go up to max discount before you jump in, you are HOLDING the group buy back. Don’t be that dude.

From the previous group buy it seems like 27F is the most popular size. Would that be overkill for a dual battery (I'm already running a 31M Die Hard)?

I'm only running an ARB 50 qt fridge, Alpine amp, 50" led bar and most likely a winch later on. I only run the fridge on weekends when I manage to go camping.

The size you get will depend some on where you are going to mount it. Can't put a group 27 and a group 31 in the stock location together.

I have a good amount of space on the passenger side. But thanks for the heads up, i'll definitely measure tomorrow to make sure what i can fit before selecting.
I'll be having to measure to make the battery tray anyway, might as well do it tomorrow.

If you are going to the trouble a doing a dual battery setup, get the most battery you can that'll fit the space available and your budget.
