This looks interesting but right now need to even out my ratio of mods on the truck to mods on the workbench.

Not bad for the first day.

I emailed Kiel for more info while I was on my lunchbreak. He's on the other side of the planet. So, I likely won't hear from him til tomorrow.

I’m mildly interested, but it sure would be better later lol. My mod budget is tapped, but for a good enough deal I’m negotiable.

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be willing to do a different grind for ya in the same GB. Cams is cams.

I think that would be my position as well, I have always wanted to give away my firstborn for cams but they don’t take children as payment any more it seems. Coincidentally I just spent a load of money on camshaft gears for my car so I’m in the later-this-year bracket now.

Yeah, that whole payment thing went out the window when they labeled it human trafficking.

I want to hit the dyno again, hopefully that will happen next month.

I do know, though, that my MAF hit 444g/s last time I logged data. You may be thinking, that’s not a real number, because that’s way outside what the mafs measure, but I actually contacted Scott at itronix and asked about that. The UCon actually increased the reference voltage up to 6V, which allows MAF readings up to 500g/s.

@JustDSM are you for sure in? Then we can at least get the first price decrease and see if they will decrease any further for 10.

I'm pretty sure I'm a solid "IN", but before I put the stamp on it, I'd like to get a little more info on the stock cams, particularly their lift.

I'm somewhere in between these two posts as far as my feelings towards this goes. The last time I did cam work was on my GTO. It was super worth it, but that beast was an OHV design, not an OHC... The work was simpler to me... And it was SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper than this... I don't know how I would feel about doing cam work all over again. That is sort of approaching "no man's land" to me.

C'mon. We need a pro pioneer mechanic to set an example. Do it man!
