Check the PLACTIC bushing on the pedal as this will make the pedal stick, mine did the same thing,
Did the pedal spring conversion and that fixed it

Its the slave cylinder. It went out and the pedal went completely soft. Luckily got it to the shop. Will be done in a day or 2

    "fool me once...shame on you
    fool me twice...shame on me."

In all seriousness, replacing the slave cylinder was about 15* minutes. I have always been told to replace both master and slave together.

usually it is wise to replace them both at the same time if you're paying someone else to do it, if you're doing it on your own you don't have to pay for labor twice to bleed the lines and what not

don't know your situation and not gonna suggest arguing with your dad and get yourself in trouble, gotta do what you gotta do...

i would at the least encourage you to still read up on it so you can check their work after they're done, doesn't cost anything and you benefit from learning a thing or two, and can make sure they didn't forget to bolt anything back together or whatever... and for the future if you must return to that shop good idea to seek out a second opinion or do research before agreeing to anything

Yeah. The got my truck done and he said since they had the mess up on the driveshaft that I dont have to pay for anything even the towing bill and the clutch he replaced a couple weeks ago. And i dont believe he replaced the slave cylinder he said it was the mastercylinder. I still want to put anoth slave cylinder on to be safe. I just dont know how to bleed it. And i think im gonna order a new clutch pedal assembly.

Well the pedal always has about an 1/2 or full inch sag. It needs one. The kit is like under a $100

The sag would be from a worn out spring or bushing or both - I'd check it for any bent metal, but a spring is going to cost you $5.
