    Hi Everybody,

Long time tacoma world lurker but new to joining the discussion. My clutch on my 2006 tacoma went out at 160,000 miles (I've been towing a 12x8 trailer with equipment). I've taken everything apart and just got my fly wheel resurfaced and ready to put everything back together, but i burned up the small rubber (?) plate that is some kind of dust cover that goes with the engine to trans spacer. I have looked all over and haven't had any luck with finding this part. Here is the picture:

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Also another question: When i dropped my transmission i accidentally let the gear oil spill out the back. What kind of gear oil should I use and when in the process of putting the trans back in do I fill it up?

    Thanks once again!

Its possible but not probable that I have a new one. Thing is though is I've been getting rid of all my 5 speed clutch parts and it may have been thrown away. I'll check tomorrow and if its still there I will post back. If worse comes to worse it is available as a spare part 11354-75030.

Looks like I tossed it sorry. I believe the only 5 speed parts I saw left were a couple of new or near new shift boots for the shifter at the console.
