Color keyed right front fender needs help

OK, it's embarrassing... but I f&%ked up!! Came home last evening and barely hit my right front fender against the corner of my garage. There is a nook that juts out into the garage that I normally miss... until last night.

Anyways, the front plastic fender trim that's color keyed is now peel back slightly and the whatchamacallit bumper extension in front of the fender trim got a 1" ding.

What, where, and how easy is it for me to find a replacement and repair? What are those parts called so I can at least google them... *sigh*
