So it took me about 8 hours to do this and I think it came out pretty good considering i have never done anything like this.

After putting the gloss coat on I let it sit in the shop over night with the heat on to help the paint dry. How do yall think it came out?

plastidipping the vallance was really easy took about 2 hours. the grill was easy too just cut out the center and the new one screws right in i will be doing the lower half soon.....the satoshi requires doing some bondo work thats why i didnt do it vinyl 001.jpg

    crap bolted and welded together....
if you have access to expanded metal the size of your grill you could use that for a satoshi. Thats what i used and from other people that own tacomas they like the look.

Well maybe next time we make a trip up to a big city I'll have to look at it at the Home Depot. There's no one on this island that sells anything like that.

Looks really good. I would color match the bug deflector b/c it looks out of place. Reminds me of a unibrow.
