That would be awesome... I love the way ATO high clearance bumper looks like.

because $525 is really cheap if their product is comparable to an ATO style bumper

Haha that thing above me is a joke! lol.

well i guess with some massive tires it will lift the axle up enough to clear more than a 5" tall rock

I am having CBI build a high clearance tube style bumper. It will be lighter and have more bed protection. For my regular cab I did not want to put a huge, heavy, plate bumper that will probably never take a full impact.

The bumper should be done in the next couple of weeks. Anyone familiar with a cut off wheel want to help me cut my bedsides?

Probably won't have time to help, but I had to chop my bedsides for a CBI bumper.

Make sure you cut low the first time so that you can gauge how much more you need to cut. It's not as important with a tube bumper, but mine would look terrible with a half inch gap between the bumper and fender

Confirmed date to leave the island is now June 17th. Attempting to make it into CO within a week. Should be able to do that with no issues granted the truck keeps up with the abuse of the Al-Can. Thats the gonna be the longest stretch, gonna try to make it through AK and Canada to Bellingham, WA in 3 days. Let the rat race to pack and get shit done begin! :D:D

My route so far is calculated out to around 4065 miles lol. I'm going down thru WA state to OR, thru Idaho, down thru Nevada to Utah across the salt flats and taking highway 14 thru the Poudre Canyon. Unless its close to June 25th, then I'll head thru Avon being as the Tough Mudder is there and my dad is competing. Gotta be there to cheer him on! And drink the beer at the end for him, since he said he wasn't gonna drink it lol

My younger sister is gonna send me her Canon DSLR and I will be taking lots of pics. :D

Also not sure if you guys saw my thread in the prayer's page, but if you pray lol, could you keep my older sister in your thoughts and prayers, she was diagnosed 2 days ago with thyroid cancer, will most likely have surgery in 2 weeks. This is one reason for my advanced return date. The last few days have been rough as shit for me... :(
