I would guess the bumper is maybe 25-45 more than stock with the tow package. The hi lift on there too but it's got bro lean already and the fronts are not set but at 2

Good luck with toytec. I called them about the toytec springs I bought from them 6 months ago where the driver side is an inch lower than the passenger even with the spacer and they told me to pound sand there was nothing they would do for me.

I would say more. My rear bumper w/ the swing out weighs at least 150lbs unloaded. And the stock is flimsy maybe like 50 with the tow package

Regardless of the difference in weight of the bumpers, that leaf pack shouldn't look like that.

Keep us updated on what Toytec says. If Charlie is right, take a few good pictures are start politely recommending no one buy those leafs...

Also, just checked, $570  Start taking pictures and posting now.

I have no problems with the leaf pack. It's the front springs that are horrible for me.

Charlie that sucks man. I have never had a bad customer service experience with Toytec. Did you talk with Kevin or someone else? It really not like them to leave a customer hanging.

Andy - I wish I had noticed that on your truck when you were here. I will say that Bob's BOSS leaf pack continues to function but with the amount of thin leaves that make up the BOSS kit he does NOT have optimal arch in the pack. Some of it is due to the shackle flip for sure but in an uneducated opinion I think they are not designed for the amount weight we run in our trucks for camping and such. I am not sure how long they will last.

to many to list, check the build thread
so the front springs have an inch difference between the two sides set at the same height? What kit do you have the BOSS fronts?

I haven't had mine off road yet but they feel much better than the 5100's, i hated washboard or breaking bars on the 5100's the back end would jump all over the place!!

I bought the toytec front springs that were supposed to give 2.5" of lift using 5100's and I never got anywhere near that height and the drivers lean was an inch lower than the passenger side.

It wasn't kevin. Don't remember the guy's name. I told the guy my situation and asked if I could swap them out for the eibach springs since they are actually a brand I can trust and that I never got the 2.5" height they claimed on their website. At first he blamed the lean on the stock leaf pack in the rear and I informed him that I had their boss leaf pack and he didn't have a response after that. Said the best he could do was take 5% off of the eibach springs if I wanted to purchase them and said they won't take back items that have been installed on a truck. It's a shame because I have purchased a lot of toytec products and after this experience I won't be purchasing anything else from them and won't recommend their product to anybody else.

Well that is too bad. It does only take one bad experience to tarnish one's thoughts on a company. Hopefully someone is spying this thread and might help you out via PM to fix your experience.

In regards to the "taco lean" I cannot comment on how the BOSS packs are designed to address the lean. I can say though when I got my custom pack from Alcan the driver's side arch was about 2"s higher then the passenger side arch. Once installed this completely fixed the lean and I was able to adjust my front BOSS coilover down some. Now I could not go down as far as I would like due to the fact that I have a 75lb. Group 31 Marine battery on the drivers side front corner. But to really correct the "taco lean" it is done with the leaf pack.

The Lightforces look bad ass BTW. Did you figure out an HID conversion for them yet? :)
