Where’s the best place to get a nice AGM battery locally without getting bent over on price? Mine didn’t want to turn the engine over when I came out of work today. I need to make sure the battery cable connections aren’t loose or corroded or anything, but this is the stock battery and it’s coming up on 5 years old at this point so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s on it’s way out the door.

What I did (at about the same time frame as you are now) is drive the truck way out to Utah and wait for the battery to die on a trail.
Then you can get your buddies to jump start you every time you turn the truck off until you make it to bullfrog marina. The captain of the ferry will require you to leave your truck running so you don't hold up the line getting the hell off his boat.
Once you've arrived at the marina, you can purchase a marine type optima at an obscene markup, cut a small piece of wood to make the hold down work (make sure you bring a chainsaw), unbolt the negative cable from the body ground so the cables will reach (marine battery posts are flipped) and you're good to go

Check 4 Wheel Parts, sometimes they have good deals along with tax free. I picked up my Odyssey's there with a 10% discount and no tax last summer.

It’s funny you say that because I’m headed to Utah tomorrow, so my battery is sure to suffer a similar fate if I don’t take care of it.
