What's the process to title a trailer that only has a bill of sale?

 

4wd trails were fine, not very busy at all. Close to town dispersed camping and MTB trailheads looked to be a shitshow.

 

if the VIN is clean then I would do a Vermont out of state registration then take that registration/title to the local DMV and retitle here.
