Thank you! Gonna drive it for a bit then bleed the brakes again to fully clear the air from the lines. So far, it feels VERY different and I think once i do the pad bedding process it'll feel a lot better

Can anyone confirm the part number for the calliper that will fit on second gen Tacoma???? What I have is #47730-60300 & #47750-6030? Trying to go OEM as I get a discount at the dealership.

The 2017+ Calliper has a different part number therefor I question its fit.

Thank you all!!! Any help would be appreciated.

I will add that to the first page. i thought I had them. Yes the newer 2016+ the holes for the bolts are larger I believe. I have heard one person who sleeved it but much easier to just get the 14WA setup.

Ok may be it was 2017 then. When I first did it it was 2010-2015. Good to know 2016 works.

14WB vs 14WA. Same same, 12mm vs 14mm caliper mounting holes is your part number difference. You are looking for 14WA for bolt up. 14WB is current and will require sleeving. Not a big deal but most people don’t really do mods on brakes. I sleeved mine just fine and made a thread forever lost in cyberspace that nobody will ever read. Good luck.

14WB requires sleeving not 14WA but yes I recall from your setup if you go 14WB it will work but you need to sleeve it. 14WA is plug and play. Link or send me your thread I will link it if people want to go with the later calipers. It comes way enough.

I’m loving this BBK so much on my Taco: looks, and incredible smooth stopping performance... I’m seriously thinking about upgrading the rear-end to the 4Runner disk set up (w/Stop Tech rotors of course). Mostly for the look performance wise, but I’m sure you’d feel the difference as well... maybe even add a Wammy Bar style rear break for dirt power slides

pumped so many TW tacos are upgrading

I have a rear kit I have yet to install. Depends on what you have. The non Off Road/Pro you can also upgrade the master. For the Off Road/Pro you cant but so far folks that have it seem solid. I will get around to it at some point.

Do you have stock master cylinder? What did you notice in terms of pedal feel, amount of effort needed?

So far so good. I’m running the stock master cylinder (with pains of upgrading to the Stop Tech one). But seriously, so far I’m kind of thinking no need unless I convert to Disks in the rear.

right from the first test drive with the BBK,, my brake pedal felt amazing. Perfect amount of firmness and control. And of course, the best part: no more Pulsing you’d feel as you come to a stop

    love it !

I ordered this: #47730-60300 part number, opened box and it is 14WB.

Is it as simple as sleeving the hardware and calling it good? If i tried to return it for the 14WA I'd be paying a restocking fee.

In sleeving this, do I run more of a risk in any way? Is it worth the restocking fee to have the whole bolt threaded?

    Thanks guys

That is what @zippsub9 did with this from what I recall.

I am really curious how we can differentiate. Most places have a 2010-2015 and 2016+ should be different. Need to look into this from one of the Toyota parts folks I know.

That’s odd that it’s a 14WB instead of 14WA. My part numbers from rock auto are the same as what @Hamishmartin47 said but he had different calipers I guess? Here’s a pic of my order, not sure why there is a difference. For clarification, I received the 14WA and hamish received the 14WB even though they are the same part numbers on rock auto apparently.749CE24A-7C32-4F0A-A2C5-42099DFEF897.jpg
