    Im having trouble locating the proper torque for the flywheel bolts.
    Haynes manual specifies 22lbft + 90 degrees but mostly everyone else says 65lbft + 90 degrees.
    It's a 4.0 with a 6 speed manual in an 08 prerunner.

    Any help would be great so I can get back on the trail this weekend

    Toyota says 22ft/lbs + 90 degrees. This is for 1GR V6.

    I would recommend cleaning threads and using blue locktite.

    Torque:

    30 N·m {306 kgf·cm, 22ft·lbf}

    (d) Mark the top of the bolts with paint.

    (e) Tighten the 8 bolts 90° in the same sequence.

    (f) Check that the paint marks are now at a 90° angle to the top.

    Bought a brand new set of bolts for flywheel and pressure plate as I guess previous owner snapped one, I saw that torque guide but being brand new to Toyotas in general it was a little overwhelming knowing what page to look at, thanks for the quick straight answer!

    Edit: I already own a angle dial gauge so that makes it much easier and accurate for me!

    A lot of us pro's just use blue locktite and a 3/8's impact gun haha.

    I hate torque yielding old bolts. So I use my judgement. It's good you have new bolts.

    What's the part number for the flywheel bolts on the 4.0?
