I just did the upgrade this past weekend, using Stoptech stainless lines for Tacomas, part #95044014, purchased from Rockauto. They were much cheaper than other options, and look to be quality parts. I drilled the included banjo bolts down a little at a time using a 3/8" bit and a vise, very easy to do. I tested before installing by hand screwing them into the Tundra calipers until they were semi tight with the included copper washers on either side. When I compared the drilled banjo bolts with the ones that came out of my stock Tacoma calipers, they were about equal in length, so you might be able to reuse the stock Tacoma banjos. I decided to use the drilled ones though because the fluid hole was larger.

Torqued them down to 22 ft lbs on junkyard 13WL calipers that I rebuilt, then bled them and performed a bedding procedure. There were no leaks or shimmies, and the braking performance felt much better. I can definitely recommend the Stoptech lines as an alternative.

Can you share who made them? Are they banjo or compression fittings at the caliper?

The issue I ran into last time I put calipers on was that the Tundra calipers were never intended to be used with a banjo connection. They are not machined flat around the threaded hole. Tundra's have a hard line connection with the flare and compression fitting.

Sometimes, you might be able to get the banjo to seat with a copper washer. But if the caliper's surface is too rough, it will leak.

The solution I went with were custom flex lines with Tacoma fittings on the upper end, and Tundra fittings on the lower.

They are awesome and worth the money.

I had mine made longer for the 6 inch lift

Ok so here is the deal, there are no banjo bolts for the tacoma, it is a metal brake line to the flexible rubber line. i was at 3 different toyota dealers and found one guy that knew Toyota parts and he showed me on the screen. sothe banjo bolt has to be drilled out
