I see its a North East Ohio truck. I live near Kent. Most of these had the frames replaced up here a few years back. Don Joseph Toyota still has frames sitting there to install.
Is the spare still under the truck or in the bed?
When I was looking for an older Tacoma that was the first thing I checked. They rusted out mostly around where the spare tire was mounted. Up here you would probably be safe buying a Tacoma with a new frame but I would be leery of anything else. I gave up and bought a17 model. I dont see any rust thru in the pictures but put it on a lift and look it over and then decide.
I am still thinking about getting 96 - 04 Tacoma but when I do I will go down south looking.
    Good luck!

I did not have the picture with the rearend pulled down far enough.I do see the spare is underneath. Spend a few bucks and put it in the air.It could save you a lot more later.
