I am taking my control arm bushings out on my truck from the "wondering" I get and kept running into problems. There are only a hand full of places that sell them and I am not talking about energy suspention. Got some cheap ass china made bushings, and sent them back (60% less steal and cheap rubber, find them on ebay all day long for $55 for 4). Then got some wrong parts from autoparts wear house, they only car bushings for 2 wheel drive. Then looking at the manual I kinda had an epiphany. 4 runners and tacomas have the same front end, 99% of everything is the same (4 wheel drive only, 1995-2002 4 runners and 1995-2004 tacoma). After looking at hours of post I confirmed my belief. So I bought some bushings from auto zone for a 2002 4 runner 4 wheel drive and they fit perfect, even checked everything with a mic. before I put them in. The bushings were only $16, totally worth it. Knowing this know will definitely save me money and time, and really helpful when it comes to pick a part ( i can never find a 95-04 tacoma 4 wheel drive).
