    If I crack and egg and cook it on a non stick pan and add nothing to it.. is it any more or less healthy than Hard boiling it.. I dont know what it is but i dont care for hard boiled eggs...

    if anyone honestly knows.. please let me know

    If you hard boil you can remove the yoke, the fat of the egg. Otherwise should be no diff.

    neglect, mostly.
    what the hell?!!! . . . . though i would say it's the same. the boiling water cooking the egg breaks down certain parts of it and the heat from the pan will also break down the egg while dehydrating it, so probably about the same.
