I'd personally try the longer shackles. Take a look at @Blackdawg 's taco. He's running some modified Chevy leaf packs that might work for you. You might also be able to contact Deaver Springs and get a custom leaf pack made for you.

Not a fan of loonger shackles. If i was going custom, i would go Alcan. But im not ready to spend 700+ on leaf springs lol

I guess you could get away with adding another AAL, but I'd look to do the D6XL instead of the D43XL. Having two of the D43XL in there would probably be overkill and make the rear end far too stiff.

No man i actually like them as long as its 0"-3" lift. But i like 33's more lol. Bu tif its what is practical for you then go for it. they make a 32x11.5 for 15"wheel too so that would look good but you mays till rub the frame at full lock but might not lol

Edit: Why dont you look in here at Josh's truck he is on around 2.5" lift with 265/75r16 which is a 32" tire. Looks good and the only reason he is going with 33's is for more ground clearance for wheeling in some tough shit, which is why went that route as well

Thanks cause i lot of people on this website like to say the smaller tires look bad. But i would rather take the functionality over looks if i dont need the huge tires for offroading.

Frankly people just say they "look better" because they can. Everyone has they're own taste of what they like. For example, in my eyes 33s are probably the most optimal tire choice for a first gen Taco. They're big, but not oversized, and they help off road without absolutely killing gas mileage, but I prefer the functionality of 35s, because of the type of wheeling that I would like to do.

In the end, 33s are the best balance IMHO.

I like how they look on toyotas. Just my opinion, granted I do like my 265s but they aren't wide enough. Stupid 17s and their stupid tire sizes.
And everyone I wheel with have above a 33x12.50, most have 35s...

I could argue why 40s are superior... :spy: but that's for a later thread....
