So this is more a sanity check than anything -

Bought the blower and the 668 injectors and harness from Werty.
Ordered the UCON, 7th injector, Fuel Upgrade Kit w/ 320LPH pump, Thorley Long Tubes, Spark plugs (2 ranges colder), PLX DM-100 w/ AFR and Boost/Vac sensor modules and a Flexpod mount.

    What am I missing?

Oooops - Had some time today. Final trimmed and glued in the shrouds...Once they set, I'm going to clean them one last time and install the lenses again. Maybe have shots of e, in action this weekend....

So I finally finished wiring and installing my fog lights. It was two projects done at the same time: 1) Blazer Retro Fit and 2) Stock Fogs in Relentless Bumper

First up: Many thanks to Pugga and IluvTEA for laying some ground work and to BuzzardsGottaEat for the Blazer kit.

The materials are listed in the threads for each mod, so I'm not gunna go over them here.

I removed the stock fogs from the stock bumper cover after I removed the front bumper to install my Relentless. I used a band saw to clean cut the lens apart from the housing. I accepted a little bit of cutting into the chrome bowl in order to get a nice clean cut:
You can see both housings, both lenses, and the little bit of chrome rings in the lower right of that photo.

Quick dose of spray paint (Rustolem Adhesion Promoted and Rustolem Pro Enamel - Red) for the shrouds. And a LOT of Dremel for the housings:
That was about 1/2 way thru - I removed the stock adjuster and the two tabs that hold the fogs into the bumper as well.
I'm a jackass and don't have a photo of the final cuts/fitting of the Blazers but here was the final look before I started in w/ the JB Weld:

A lot of JB Weld and black silicone sealant later:

I had to trim the shrouds down by 2mm just to start fitting them, and then hands shaped them w/ dremel and sandpaper to get them seated:

I used some putty epoxy and more silicone sealant to place and hold the shrouds. Then I put the lenses back on w/ a few smears of superglue to hold them on and once those set - I ran a bead of sealant around the joint:

SWAPOVER POINT FROM BLAZER RETROFIT TO FOGS IN A RELENTLESS BUMPER:

Getting the lights into the fernco fittings was a BITCH. I'm sure the silicone didn't help, but it woulda been a TIGHT fit anyways. Got them in about 3 or 4mm and called it good enough.

I slid the zip ties into the fernco/light housing unit, but did not have the space to get the hose clamp onto the light bucket, w/ the zip ties under it and the fernco over the light bucket - When I tried the first one and pulled the zip tie tight, the hose clamp cut it.

Instead I notched the fernco to slide around the metal tab on the light bucket and then installed the Relentless supplied L Bracket to support the bottom and give me something to wrap the hose clamp around.

I got the tight onto the light buckets, and cinched down the hose clamps then pulled into my garage at the house to check the cutoffs. This photo is of the truck sitting a little bit nose high about 6 feet from the wall after adjustments. I cut a little more fernco fitting away on the passenger side to tilt the light up by sliding the bottom in further and tighter:

Routed all the wiring for the HIDs while I had the bumper off today as well. Pretty simple and straight forward. I'm willing to get photos if anyone wants them, but don't have any right now.

[IMG] There is a bit of moisture in there, but I'm not too worried because it's getting less and less, and the blazers are weather proof, so I only re-installed the lens to protect them from impact damage.

Because being serious isn't allowed in my garage:

And that's about all I have to say about that.

Newest update - Supercharger/snorkel and Maint plans are set back a bit, but everyone is safe.
I believe the Revenge Fab sliders and having the lift installed saved me from alot more injury.
Please don't ask details because I'm not willing to discuss them publicly at the time...Everyone is safe and this will hopefully become part of the build!!!

The mechanical issues have been resolved. New knuckle, inner and outer tie rods, hub, and battery, so it drives right now. Still waiting for the body shop to get an opening to do the rest of the work.
Thinking about trying to whip up a set of tube doors....and I hung the Rotopax yesterday: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367835139.556056.jpg
As far as more damage from the sliders - The driver side rail as smoked, but I think they mighta saved the frame from worse damage by distributing the impact across the 4 mounting plates of the slider instead of his bumper/frame hitting mine.
