Correct Tire/Wheel Setup for Bilstein 5100s?

09 Double Cab Long Bed TRD Sport
Can anyone confirm if this setup will be correct before I order. Did lots of research and came up with this.
I have a 2009 TRD Sport Double Cab with Bilstein 5100s set at 2.5" on the front.

Ordering:

ProComp 7089 17x8, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Patter (4.5" Backspac non hub centric)

Nitto Terra Grappler 265/70/17

Wanted to know if those will fit perfectly without any rubbing. Also wanted to know which correct lug nuts to purchase. Are they the Gorilla E-T or E-T XL (12x1.5).
