    It’s worth the read.

He’s fucking human scum. I hope he gets struck by lightning, and then his stretcher is flung out of the back of the ambulance in a weird Pink-Panther fantasy montage where he’s then run over by three busses and eaten by fire ants.

Decided to venture out n take a look see, the Sunoco was really quiet no waiting fill-up and on the way no big deal, HomeDepot was showing signs of folks hitting the cleaning products aisle, however there were staff in process of restocking

been wantin one of these for some time so I got me a new zombie wacker, nice balance and it’s a thrower as well

sorry I try to find humor when ever & where ever

CVS wasn’t all that bad fairly calm considering, we needed to pick up scripts n whutnot, they had booger blankets, allergy stuff, naproxen, Tylenol, no shit tickets though

went to the local grocery, glad we got the booger blankets cause the paper aisles were hit hard

    2828FF8C-D3D5-4F87-9813-F1927AA7B263.jpg

got most of our regular groceries though, was strange seeing some of the stuff people were panic buying, canned tuna, mac n cheese, soup, pasta n sauce, peanut butter, oatmeal

Point is this: Trying to cover up things that cannot be covered up, and doing so at the cost of others. Futile and irresponsible.

I don't see it as a cover up.

Currently, there are limited test kits with many that were flawed (providing false negatives), but the manufacture process is improving.

Until there is a vaccine, everyone that may have the virus or flu, needs to self quarantine, unless there is a medical emergency.

    Chernobyl was a stretch...

I think the hoarding of TP is a clear over reaction.

    Absolutely.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen any of that (professional journalism) in a long long time.
Their mottos now are "never let a tragedy go to waste" and "never let the truth get in the way of a good story"

Understood. But for any public health official or provider to proclaim that one must prove contact with a known carrier on order to be tested is a catch 22 when dealing with a contagion that can be asymptomatic in carriers.

But, I've been responding to a third party claim regarding someone on the internet, so I don't have all the facts, and should curb myself.

You are right, we are in a tenuous window of inadequate supply and triage is unavoidable in the short term.

I like how they go right into their other news topics after discussing the corona pandemic. The nutrition report seems a lot less relevant after hearing about the coronavirus.

Can confirm, I'm a nurse and the hospitals are already suffering from overcrowding. We need to change our behavior and avoid being prideful. Limit social interaction. Wash your hands. Don't go to the doctor unless necessary. Testing is not recommended unless you have BOTH a fever and respiratory complications (productive cough, shortness of breath, sore throat).

Above all, keep calm and be kind. And take this time to mod your truck.

Your heart is in the right place with this thread. We all need to curb our opinions and provide help and information when possible.

Not too broad, those exact words have been said by prominent individuals, but that discussion needs to go away.
