Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    Also of note:

You might look around and think you see millions of healthy American individuals (or, western individuals to include our Canucks)... but we aren't. Many of us are obese (by health standards) or have underlying health issues such as Diabetes, or diminished lung capacity from smoking. This isn't entirely an "old and frail person" illness. In the Western world, this could be a very harmful situation for many of us who aren't in the best of health that we should have been from the get-go.

If you have ANY type of condition... Stay home or limit contact. Wash your hands. Sanitize. When you wash your hands in public, turn the water off after you dry your hands. Keep the paper towel until you open the door, then throw away the paper towel. This should be common sense, but we all know where that went.

Not overly worried but planning ahead, worst comes to worst, got a chain saw, fuel, several hand saws, more wood on my property then I could ever burn, several ricks of seasoned wood, decent stock of canned food, between 3 vehicles and boat around 80 gallons of gas, a generator, deer in my yard and woods every morning, a creek nearby if I have to boil water, and the means to protect it.

Do you have disinfectant, soap, and the capability of washing your hards? Because the rest of that don't mean shit if you've gotten sick from someone else.

Not to mention if it overloads the public health system, good luck getting any kind decent of treatment for any kind of condition until it is over.

Lets hope the state and federal agencies will now have more resources to fight against this.

I've been doing that assiduously at the office. All those doorknobs, break room kitchen, food prep, people on business travel coming and going. Once you realize how much you touch shit, it is terrifying. Making food. Get some on my finger. Lick it. Use the finger to open the microwave door, push quick minute with same finger.

    OMG what have I done!

No one knows the actual mortality rate at this point. It is likely lower than initial estimates because there is a high likelihood that a lot more people have the virus and have not been tested for confirmation. Additionally, no one is talking about the recovery rate, which is substantially higher than the death rate. Everyone should go to https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ and look at the real-time stats. Pay specific attention the cases by country. Of the 80k confirmed cases in China, the epicenter of the outbreak, over 64k people have fully recovered. Also look at the death rates by age. People that are younger than 50 have very little to worry about. Old people with weakened immune systems are the ones that need to be vigilant. The media is fueling the panic. Report the actual stats, all of them, and panic will subside.

I have hard time believing the number of cases in china is 80k. It most likely what their propaganda machine wants the world and their citizens to think.

Emphasis on the word "confirmed." The Ohio governor this morning announced that there are likely to be 100,000 cases in Ohio but they lack the ability to test even 1/10th of that many, thus the number of confirmed cases is actually quite low. China has 80,000 confirmed cases - the number of unconfirmed (don't feel overly bad, staying home sick) is obviously significantly higher.

He also said that people need to stay away from large gatherings of people and to wash their hands. A wise man.

Of course, did that before the virus. I was leaning more towards survival if we have a complete shutdown of society

One good thing is the virus dies after 78 degrees and we are close to summer here in the states, so it will die out fast once hot weather arrives. Maybe another month and half to be careful not to contract it. By next fall there will probably be shots available for prevention.
