A little off topic, but has anyone returned a broken Craftsman tool for warranty work? I've never had one break, but my ratchet is skipping teeth.

I really like this one, I don't ned anything heavy duty and this one has a larger storage area.

Gonna have to stop by Kmart on the 27th.

I have returned a broken 1/8" ratchet and multiple broken sockets over the years. Just walk-in, grab the replacement take both to the counter and tell them you need to exchange the broken one.

The exchange thing doesn't work for torque wrenches, I've tried. Dad has one from back when they were still all steel - I took it in and they said, "nope, policy doesn't cover that."

When I stopped by to pick up my box today I noticed some of the middle chests were on sale. If you have a store close you should check it out.
