Post picks from underneath looking up at the crank and the rods. Will the bore scope fit down the spark plug hole? If so, you need to inspect each cylinder.

I put it down the spark plug hole the camera wasn’t that good to show a picture. But the mystery oil was still on top of the rings. The camera came out wet.

Does the truck still roll in neutral? Clutch seem to be operating fine, shift through all of the gears fine? I’d completely eliminate the tranny and even jack up the rear end. Starter gear break off and get stuck on the flywheel? So far it sounds like a locked up motor.

Ethanol is a type of alcohol, and I believe ethanol is a product of making whiskey..... moonshine...

Could somebody have known it was locked up and already tried pouring a ton of gas down it? Then blamed it on the starter?

Ethanol is alcohol, the kind we can drink without dying immediately. Found in all alcoholic beverages maybe someone tried to make your taco run on moonshine

What did the old starter look like when you pulled it out? Was the bendix missing teeth?

Previous owner filled it with E85. E85 ate the internals of the injectors and caused the fuel pump to over feed the cylinders. The engine hydro locked on fuel and bent atleast one connecting rod and/or washed out the cylinders and bearings.
Thats my guess with the symptoms and smell of the oil over the interweb.

I think the only question that hasn't been asked is....

can you post a picture of where you are putting the breaker bar to turn the crank?

Man, that's Carnac the Magnificent type diagnosis if it turns out to be correct.....and it certainly could.
I can't see an engine locking that tight w/o something being bent and sometimes a connecting rod against a counterweight is hard to see.

This theory can be put to rest as it is not possible. There are no rubber seals or soft parts to get eaten inside of a gasoline fuel injector. The injectors use a metal needle to metal seat as a sealing surface. E85 isn't going to eat that.

Note: I'm not saying there couldn't have been a hydro lock from a leaking injector as it does happen rarely. But the E85 theory don't work.
